Design Meteor Terms & Conditions
Ownership of Completed Work
All intellectual property rights and ownership of work, upon completion and delivery, shall be irrevocably transferred to the customer, free and clear of any encumbrances.
Membership Plans
Design Meteor offers two distinct membership plans:
a. Meteor Membership Plan: Allowing for the submission of one active service request.
b. Meteor Pro Membership Plan: Allowing for the submission of up to two active service requests concurrently.
Billing Cycle
The membership billing cycle shall encompass a duration of precisely thirty (30) calendar days from the date of initial activation and recurring subsequently.
Plan Pauses
Customers must formally notify Design Meteor if they wish to pause their membership. During a pause, the customer retains the right to utilize the remaining days of the billing cycle. Only a single pause request is permissible within a singular thirty (30)-day billing cycle.
Cancellation
Customers maintain the prerogative to unilaterally terminate their membership without the requirement of advanced notice, via the Design Meteor customer portal. The act of subscription to a membership plan inherently denotes the customer's unequivocal acceptance of these stipulated terms and conditions.
Cancellation by Design Meteor
Design Meteor reserves the unassailable right to terminate a customer's membership, with due notice of one calendar month, if such action is deemed necessary by Design Meteor.
Team Availability
Customers shall be promptly notified in the event of any Design Meteor team members' absence due to annual leave, resulting in an inability to fulfill service requests. Compensation in the form of refunds will be provided for the duration of said absence. Customers shall be similarly informed in the event of Design Meteor team members' incapacitation due to sick leave, leading to an inability to fulfill service requests. Compensation, in the form of refunds, shall be extended for the duration of such incapacitation.
By availing themselves of Design Meteor's services and subscribing to a membership plan, customers hereby acknowledge, accept, and legally bind themselves to the provisions contained herein. It is incumbent upon customers to thoroughly review and comprehend these terms and conditions prior to proceeding.
